Acclaimed for her “big, blazing soprano” and “gale-force power” (The Wall Street Journal), Christine Goerke returns for her first Carnegie Hall recital since 1998. An international superstar of the operatic stage, she has sung the title roles of Turandot and Elektra, as well as the Valkyrie warrior Brünnhilde at the Metropolitan Opera.
