This summer, NYO Jazz makes its debut tour of the United States. Hear the future of jazz as these gifted young musicians ages 16–19 perform a program that showcases the diversity and scope of the genre, including a newly commissioned piece by Darcy James Argue and a special appearance by vocalist Jazzmeia Horn, performing music from her Grammy-nominated album Dear Love. Trumpeter Sean Jones returns to lead the group as artistic director and soloist.
