Carnegie Hall Presents

New York String Orchestra

Wednesday, December 28, 2022 8 PM Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage
Jaime Laredo by Christian Steiner, Jonathan Biss by Benjamin Ealovega
As the calendar turns from one year to the next, the New York String Orchestra reminds us that great music truly is timeless. Experience the Carnegie Hall tradition that brings us together every December, as the ensemble returns with Jonathan Biss in an evocative program of Prokofiev’s “Classical” Symphony, Beethoven’s “Emperor” Piano Concerto, and Felix Mendelssohn’s “Scottish” Symphony.
