Baritone vocalist Hidenobu Sato makes his Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall debut with a highly personalized take on classical songs by Japanese composers. Grounded in rigorous training in traditional Japanese song augmented by lengthy opera study in Italy, Sato’s performance will feature a repertory of Taisho and Showa-era classics rarely performed in the West.
