Carnegie Hall Presents
Sonia De Los Santos
A Sound Journeys Family Concert
Sunday, June 11, 2023
3 PM
Resnick Education Wing
One of Billboard’s “Latin Children’s Music Artists You Should Know,” Sonia De Los Santos presents a bilingual program of songs that explore hope while looking back at one’s own journey, dreaming of a better future, marveling at nature, and finding light within ourselves. Sound Journeys concerts for children (ages 8–11) and their families engage the imagination and invite listeners to experience music in new ways. Each concert introduces fun, interactive mindfulness activities that promote well-being through music.
RSVP beginning Friday, June 2 at 11 AM. RSVPs are required of all attendees—including children—and are limited to a total of four per order.
This program is part of a research study, led by Mount Sinai Health System’s Louis Armstrong Center for Music and Medicine. Audience members will be invited to complete a voluntary pre- and post-concert survey.
