Icelandic pianist Víkingur Ólafsson made his Carnegie Hall debut only two seasons ago, and he now performs J. S. Bach’s crowning keyboard achievement in our most storied concert hall. Acclaimed for “revitalizing classical music” (The Economist), Ólafsson won Gramophone’s Artist of the Year and BBC Music Magazine’s Album of the Year for his breakthrough Bach recordings.
