Enjoy a free, Saturday-evening concert by a South Bronx mainstay: singer and composer Don Sonero. His prolific contributions to salsa, salsa dura, charanga, and more can be heard in collaborations with legends like Eddie Palmieri, Oscar D’León, and more than 50 additional artists, including recent Carnegie Hall Citywide favorites like Johnny Mambo and La Excelencia. With his original music, Sonero blends past, present, and future, bringing these beloved genres to fans new and old while incorporating exciting new innovations and hooks.
