Symphonic Brass Alliance bio

Celebrating its 30th anniversary, the Symphonic Brass Alliance was founded with the mission of bringing a diverse repertoire of brass music to New York City communities through inventive and engaging concerts. Every year since its inception, the group has performed at Yankee Stadium, Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall, Lincoln Center, and the Beacon Theatre. The Symphonic Brass Alliance has been the featured ensemble for Macy’s “100 Years on Broadway” and has given numerous concerts throughout New York and New Jersey, performing a vast repertoire that ranges from jazz and pop to classical.

Comprised of some of the top brass musicians in New York City, the Symphonic Brass Alliance successfully blends the distinctive and virtuosic playing styles of its members into an ensemble known for its richly textured and unified sound.
