Pianist Michelle Chen Kuo returns to Zankel Hall with her son, pianist Christopher Kuo, for the Chinese-American Planning Council's 60th year of providing critical services to immigrant and low-income communities in New York City. Together, they perform two-piano, duet, and solo works by Rachmaninoff, Chopin, Liszt, Tchaikovsky, and other Romantic-era composers. The duo has toured since 2016, performing over 40 recitals in support of nonprofit organizations such as Wu Yee Children's Services and Rescuing Leftover Cuisine.
