Carnegie Hall

Brooklyn World Wide (BWW) is a three-day festival that showcases traditional forms of music from around the world and examines how these traditions evolve both over time and in new places. With a focus on New York City, BWW looks at the ways in which cultures in diaspora have shaped and been shaped by the fabric of this city. Through dance, music, workshops, and lectures, this festival seeks to highlight the pancultural experience of our city while looking at how musical traditions are maintained outside a culture’s original homeland.
