A powerful evening uniting reflection, hope, and celebration, this concert features the New England Symphonic Ensemble performing Fauré’s Requiem in D minor (ed. Rutter), led by M. Nicholas Farr. Paulo Gomes and Colt Ballo conduct contemporary works by Jake Runestad, Elaine Hagenberg, Kim André Arnesen, Rosephanye Powell, and others, exploring beauty, justice, and resilience. The program also includes gospel and spiritual works honoring faith, spirit, and freedom, led by Diana S. Gray and James C. Ward.
