On May 12, 2018, Sarah Wesley and Michael Bretholz hosted members of the Notables and special guests for a festive evening at Carnegie Hall, featuring live jazz by vocalist Maya Yahav Gour and the MusicTalks Jazz Quartet.
On April 23, 2018, Notables and special guests enjoyed a private performance featuring Julia Bullock and Paul Appleby with pianist John Arida, followed by a reception at Brasserie 8 ½.

On May 15, 2018, French Institute Alliance Française (FIAF) Trustee and Carnegie Hall Notables Steering Committee member James G. Brooks, Jr. hosted members of the FIAF Young Patrons and Carnegie Hall Notables at the Consulate General of France in New York. Guests enjoyed a private reception and recital featuring members of Ensemble Connect.
On March 26, Patron Council Member Neil Westreich held a private recital in his home that featured members of Ensemble Connect performing Schubert’s Piano Quintet in A Major, D. 667, “Trout”.
On February 1, members of the Carnegie Hall Notables and New York Public Library Young Lions enjoyed a Midwinter Poetry Jam in the Trustees Room of the New York Public Library. Guests enjoyed music by Leon Boykins, Sam Reider, and Jake Goldbas, and readings that featured works by Joshua Baldwin, Robert Crawford, Adi Hanash, James Juletid, Sueyeun Juliette Lee, Lynn Melnick, and Stuart Watson. The event was generously underwritten by Grace Kim and Matthew Holtzman.
On December 20, members of Notables Japan and friends enjoyed an exclusive performance from Seiji Okamoto, winner of the 19th annual JS Bach and 60th National Japanese Student Music Competitions. The event was held at the Yellow Korner Pop Up Shop in Roppongi, Tokyo, which was decorated with photography featuring New York City.
On December 5, 2017, members of the Notables enjoyed a private performance featuring Grammy nominated guitarist Julian Lage. Following the performance, guests enjoyed a private reception in the Weill Music Room and Weill Terrace Room with cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and music by DJ Ross Clark and the Felix Lemerle Trio.
On October 30, 2017, members of the Explorers and Notables enjoyed a private dinner reception at Carnegie Hall featuring a Spanish-inspired guitar performance by Pablo Sáinz Villegas. The Explorers Soirée was generously underwritten by Carnegie Hall Trustee Sana H. Sabbagh.
