The Stage of Legends 2019
On June 5, Carnegie Hall launched its second annual The Stage of Legends, A Gala Evening at Carnegie Hall. This glamorous black-tie event is now a beloved tradition at the Hall, as the gala has quickly become a highly anticipated capstone of the season. Guests began the evening with cocktails in the Parquet, and moved onto the most famous stage in New York City for a three-course dinner and intimate performance by Isabel Leonard and Emanuel Ax. Our deepest appreciation goes to Gala Chair Sana H. Sabbagh for her vision and generous dedication to this special event. We also extend our gratitude to Co-Chairs Charles B. Ortner, Aisha and Gbenga Oyebode, Tracy Chutorian Semler and Eric Semler, and Hope and Robert F. Smith. Such an elegant and sensational night of music and friends can only be conceived at Carnegie Hall!
