Public Walk-In Tours
Carnegie Hall is a proud participating attraction with NYC Must-See Week. Available 2-for-1 tour tickets will go on sale starting the afternoon of January 17. The tour schedule will be updated every Friday afternoon for the following week throughout the promotion, ending February 9.
Is your desired tour date and time grayed out? All online advance tickets have been sold, but additional tickets are available for purchase from the Box Office at 57th Street and Seventh Avenue. Please contact CarnegieCharge at 212-247-7800 if you have additional questions. Please note you are limited to 8 tickets per tour time.
For the tours listed, a limited number of tickets are available for purchase in advance. There are three ways to purchase walk-in tour tickets in advance:

- Visit the Box Office at 57th Street and Seventh Avenue
Advance tickets are available for pickup from the Box Office starting at 11 AM on the day of the tour. Additional tour tickets will be made available for purchase from the Box Office starting at 11 AM each day a tour is scheduled; availability is limited. Tours depart from the main lobby.
New York Pass holders can only use the New York Pass at the Box Office on the day of the tour.
As they become available, public walk-in tours may be offered Monday through Friday at 11:30 AM, 12:30 PM, 2 PM, and 3 PM; and Saturday at 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM, although tours are subject to the Hall's performance and rehearsal schedule. Tours can be cancelled at any time due to changes in the Hall’s schedule.
There is no bag, coat, or stroller check available during normal tour hours at Carnegie Hall. Roller bags, large suitcases, and/or bulky backpacks are not permitted inside Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage on tours. These items must be stored at an offsite location.
$19 for adults
$16 for Seniors over 62 and Students
Free for Children under 5 years of age (Please visit the Box Office to receive complimentary tickets for children.)
All tours are wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs are available upon request. Complimentary assistive listening devices (ALDs) and induction neckloops are available for the tour with the deposit of a valid ID.
