Please note that due to a mechanical issue, the east elevator inside Carnegie Hall’s main lobby is temporarily out of order. As a result, there is no elevator service to the Parquet or direct access to the east side of the Second Tier without encountering steps. While the west elevator is operational, patrons are encouraged to take the stairs. Concertgoers who have purchased tickets with accessible seat locations will be contacted directly by Carnegie Hall. For any additional accessibility questions, please call CarnegieCharge at 212-247-7800.
