    The Music Educators Workshop will continue to include curriculum tracks that allow educators to dive deeper into areas of study that are most relevant to their personal growth. Educators will have the option to select one of the following tracks for the 2017-2018 season each of which will meet for five sessions throughout the year:

    • Creating Memorable Introductions to Music: Explore a wide range of approaches to making the most of your students’ first impressions of formal music instruction.
    • Exploring Composition and Creativity: Discover ways to engage your students creatively through composition, improvisation, and songwriting across a range of genres.
    • Leading and Creating Ensembles: Develop conducting techniques, rehearsal strategies, and planning routines to lead instrumental or choral ensembles.
